I stayed at the hotel with my mother for a few days of vacation. The hotel is very good and the service is excellent, totally focused on the needs of the guests. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything is always very clean and organized. There is a delicious breakfast, very well prepared. In this respect, I would like to highlight the service of Josenilton, who is very friendly and attentive to guests. I always asked him for a fresh tapioca, made to order by Naede. The tapioca she makes is wonderful!
You can also count on Sayonara’s excellent service in the hotel restaurant. It’s a hotel where we felt very welcome and we’ve even recommended it to other family members, especially those with children, as it’s possible to make use of a club, very close to the beach, which belongs to this hotel chain. There is adequate space for children to play in an upstairs lounge in the clubhouse and also in the children’s pool. All in all, it was a very good experience.
